Givette Perez and her brother Ernesto are the fourth generation of this incredible estate and coffee mill in Veracruz. They're revolutionizing the way that this traditional farm operates by creating strategies for lot separation to bring forward more delicious specialty lots. They have also partnered with other growers in the region to change the landscape of what flavors you might expect to see from this region. We are so excited to buy and roast this delicious natural from them and we cant wait to see what they do in the future.
